管理学博士，硕士生导师，主要从事高等教育管理、高等教育心理与行为、人力资源管理、创新与创业等方面的研究与教学工作。以第一作者、通讯作者在国际和国内期刊发表学术论文10余篇，其中4篇为SSCI期刊收录论文（1篇为ABS 2星期刊论文，1篇为JCR 1区期刊论文）；主持1项教育部人文社会科学研究项目、1项省哲学社会科学基金项目以及2项厅级项目；主研（排名第二）1项全国教育科学规划项目；出版A1类学术专著1部（独著）。受邀担任SSCI期刊European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology、British Journal of Management、Personnel Review、International Journal of Manpower、Asia Pacific Journal of Education的审稿专家；担任2023年、2024年全国高校商业精英挑战赛创新创业竞赛指导教师，指导团队分别获全国二等奖、全国三等奖。担任2023年第五届全国高校计算机能力挑战赛指导教师，团队获全国决赛三等奖，个人获“优秀指导老师”奖。
